Within this site, you can forward the new patient form to our office so we are ready for you when you arrive (see Patient Forms). Fairview Chiropractic Center uses comprehensive physical exams, x-rays, surface EMG, and your medical history to determine the cause of your problem. After a thorough evaluation and examination we will offer a course of treatment tailored to your needs. Treatment may consist of chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, laser, rehabilitation and functional nutrition.
